About me
I have a Master of Studies (MSt) in Psychodynamic Practice (University of Oxford).
I am a trained bereavement counsellor and worked with the Oxford Cruse team for many years.
I have experience working with individuals of diverse ages and cultures, dealing with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, bereavement and trauma.
Presently in private practice, I offer help to anyone over the age of 18.
I am qualified in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (Core group 5, ISTDP) and accredited by the International Experiential Dynamic Therapy Association (IEDTA). I am registered and accredited as a UKCP psychotherapeutic counsellor and an accredited clinical member of the UPCA (Universities Psychotherapy and Counselling Association). I adhere to the Code of Ethics and Practice of these organizations.
I receive supervision for my clinical work and regularly attend workshops and meetings to keep up to date with developments in the field of counselling and psychotherapy.
In addition to offering therapy in English, I speak French fluently and can offer therapy in this language if desired. I can also engage in Italian but the therapy will be conducted in English.
