About me
I have a Master of Studies (MSt) in Psychodynamic Practice (University of Oxford).
I am a trained bereavement counsellor and worked with the Oxford Cruse team for many years.
I have experience working with individuals of diverse ages and cultures, dealing with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, bereavement and trauma.
Presently in private practice, I offer help to anyone over the age of 18.
I am qualified in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (Core training group 5, ISTDP-UK) and certified by the International Experiential Dynamic Therapy Association (IEDTA). I am registered and accredited as a UKCP psychotherapeutic counsellor and an accredited clinical member of the UPCA (Universities Psychotherapy and Counselling Association). I adhere to the Code of Ethics and Practice of these organizations.
I receive regular supervision for my clinical work and frequently attend workshops and meetings to keep up to date with developments in the field.
In addition to offering therapy in English, I speak French fluently and can offer therapy in this language if desired. I can also engage in Italian but the therapy will be conducted in English.
